Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations / Front Office Agent. Candidate will be responsible for reception and reservations duties. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle various tasks related to guest management and satisfaction.

Previous experience in such a role would be considered as an asset. Excellent command of English is a must. Knowledge of MEWS is considered as an asset. Ideal candidate must be flexible and highly organised and available to work on a roster based schedule. Candidate will join a fast growing and dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager.

Previous experience is considered an asset however on the job training will be provided.
